When you have decided what you would like to do, simply email me or call so that we can begin a no-obligation assessment. I enjoy meeting with each of my clients beforehand to get a better understanding of their needs. This gives you the opportunity to meet the tallest personal chef in Aspen at 6’10” tall, and this gives me the opportunity to see your kitchen and entertainment area.
Since each occasion is unique, so should be your menu. Whether you want down home comfort food or a more sophisticated experience, I am here for you. I have never said, “I can’t do that” to any request.
I believe that the perfect evening has two parts: mouth-watering food that smells as great as it looks and professional service. Sit back and relax as I take care of all the details. I will bring all of my own pots and pans, knives and other cooking equipment. You will provide the table settings and guests and hopefully a great evening will be had by all.
My fee of $50 per hour includes everything that you need for the perfect experience: menu planning, shopping, cooking, serving and clean up time. Any leftover food will be neatly arranged in your refrigerator for you to enjoy at a later time if you wish.
I will provide you with an estimate of the overall costs at the end of our first meeting and gladly accept payment at the end of the day.
